Tract 2: the 9+/- tillable acres on the Southeast corner of tract 2 does not have access
Tract 2: The 9+/- tillable acres on Tract 2 does not have access to it. The Farmers have been using the neighbors lane to the East of this tract for access. There is not an easement for this, so there is not a guarantee that will be available. Buyer should expect to make a crossing from the tillable acres North of this 9 acres.
